Quantum Energy Magic - The Incredible Power of Words
Believe it or not, spelling has a lot to do with magic spells! Both White Magicians and Dark Magicians often take the time to carefully study the etymology of certain words and phrases, the ways in which they are said, and the suitability of certain words for individual magical rituals. This really can have a powerful effect on the potency of your magic.
Before we go into more detail it is worth considering exactly what magic is – what is the definition of magic?
The word magic originally came from the old French spelling “magique”, the Latin “Magicus” and the Greek “Magikos”. In one of the very earliest definitions of magic it was described as the “art of influencing events and producing marvels using hidden natural forces”. To put it in laymans terms, this means directing and controlling natural energy to produce a desired end result.
So the most powerful thing in the universe is natural energy, which can be controlled by magic. It stands to reason then that the sole aim of the ambitious witch or wizard should be to learn to harness and direct this awesome energy – so that, unlike the majority of the Sheeple around them, they will become one of the most powerful people on earth – able to enjoy the fruits of good fortune, health, wealth, true love, and success.
What does all this have to do with etymology and spelling?
You may have noticed that in higher levels of magical study certain ritualistic words and sacred geometries are used. Words are used which have powerful emotional connotations, powerful vibrational patterns, and majestic sound tones when spoken out loud. This is no coincidence.
It is no coincidence because the specially chosen words of higher level magical ritual contain sounds which channel and harness the awesome powers of magic!
Sound is a potent and powerful tool. It is able to help the magician to direct and channel energy in appropriate frequency patterns which encourage the controllable manifestation of the spell casters will. Modern science helps to show us the amazing and previously unknown and untapped powers of sound – for instance, sound is a force of nature which is able to create crystalline structures and sacred geometries, some of the building blocks of matter and life itself.
The Incredible Power of Words
Once you begin to glimpse the true power of words and sound in your spell casting you will realise that it is worth paying close attention to every detail of every word that you speak in a magical ritual or spell! Remember, every utterance you make in life or on paper is directing the powers of magic, whether you like it or not – speak it loudly and purposefully enough, and it shall be so…Good or bad.
So it is worth guarding your tongue. Positive, constructive words with strong will power behind them and good intent will open many magical doors for you and help you to be a powerful magician. Negative, weak, curse words, or words dripping with cowardice or low self belief will do nothing towards furthering your magical goals,and everything towards your being very normal and boring – not the state you are aiming for as a student of Real Magic!
When you speak words aloud, or even to a somewhat lesser degree, in your head, you are quite literally casting your thoughts and intentions into the earths magnetic or magic field, which is the energy field which creates the reality of the universe and this physical existence. Many muggles or non magicians will often cast spells of various kinds without even being aware of it this way, as they have said certain words together which are very powerful.
You have to be more self aware than that – a wizard designs their own reality, they are not swept around in the current of life like a lost bathtime duck…
The concept of proclaiming or affirming your will aloud is an idea which crops up in many ancient and modern philosophies. This is simply because it works!
Even in the Christian Bible, Jesus (arguably one of the greatest magicians of all times!) has this to say-
“Ask and you shall receive” - and the active ritual of prayer, when followed properly has great similarities to a magical spell – proclaim/affirm your will aloud positively, perform a meaningful ritual, expect results with self confidence (have faith in the powers of magic), and then be thankful (display an attitude of gratitude).There are certain religious books which offer great value to the trainee magician if you know how to look and have an open mind and can sort the wheat from the chafe, in true biblical language!
Energy and information exist everywhere in the universe, in fact, this is all everything really is. There is nothing else. Energy and information. Energy and information. The quantum field! Pure magic, which can be influenced and called up by your incredible magical powers of intentions and desires, made more concrete by words.
How can I harness the amazing power of words right now?
Easy! Here is a simple exercise you can start this minute. If you actually take the time to do this then I guarantee you will be astounded.
A Simple Magical Spell, Success Guaranteed
1) Right here. Right now. Make a list of the things that you desire. Write them down. Use positive language. Be very specific. Write in the present tense. “I own a new and beautiful blue Mini, which is completely paid for.”
2) Keep this list in your pocket. Look at it throughout the day – at least three times a day – proclaim/affirm/read your wishes aloud with confidence in private. Reread your list first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep at night. Imagine how happy you will be when your wishes come truth.
3) Between your affirmations, don't obsess over them. Relax. Be thankful. Trust in the awesome power of magic. Be open to creative solutions. Remember the universal magical force knows you better than you know yourself.
Your dreams will come true in front of your very eyes, often in surprising and imaginitve ways! Be ready...
Remember in quantum terms the only difference between you and a pile of money 20 metres high is the energy and informational content of your respective mass. Mass which as a witch or wizard you can learn to control!
Here is a quote from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad1V.4.5 which sums up nicely why a witch or wizard should take great care of their inner life, their words, and even their thoughts-
“You are what your deep, driving desire is.
As your desire is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny.”
Thoughts, words and the deeds inspired by them, are our three greatest magical tools. The Holy Trinity of spellwork, if you will. Always keep them in mind, as a fundamental of your life as a mage, and you will never lose track of the true source of your magical power.
