HACK LUCID DREAMING AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE

How To Have a Lucid Dream
Have you heard of Lucid Dreams and wondered exactly what they are? Have you ever tried to have one? Or maybe you’ve had one by accident and are curious as to “what the hell just happened”!? Possibly this is a new word and a new idea to you entirely – in which case – awesome – because you are about to discover how to do a really incredible thing...To have adventures in your own mind at night!
What Are Lucid Dreams?
To sum it up, a Lucid Dream is a dream in which the dreamer is conciously aware of the fact that they are dreaming. This is a very interesting experience, as the dreamer is then able to watch the dream with amusement, wonder at the complexity and detail of the internal visual landscape of the mind, and just generally be completely amazed.
It is like a completely safe drug trip, or a game on a highly advanced virtual reality device. Everything looks and feels incredibly real, but yet your mind knows that it is not. Often in a lucid dream you will find that you are able to control events and control landscape, to fly, to wear, say, do, or meet, whatever or whoever you want!
Providing you retain full memory of it, your first lucid dream will completely blow your mind! You will be wanting to know how you can do it again...Most people never manage to, or only have them occasionally when the conditions are right; but as a witch or wizard you can do better than this. You can learn to train your mind to have amazing lucid dreams at will.
How Will I know When I have Successfully Had A Lucid Dream?
When you wake up in the morning and say “wow!” The feeling after you have had your first lucid dream is usually one of amazement. You will clearly remember that you had a dream in which you 1) were aware that you were dreaming and 2) probably ran around gazing in awe at the amazing scenery and events your mind had created in your virtual dream-world...You may even had manipulated events or scenery, or had a fantastic experience such as flying around your local area, or New York, or down the Amazon River. Whatever floats your personal boat!
Why Are Lucid Dreams Useful To Witches And Wizards?
To begin with, a Lucid Dream is a lot of fun. To be able to Lucid Dream at will is a wonderful gift which will stay with you all of your life.
To the novice witch or wizard it is a safe way of opening your mind to the potential of your subconcious mind. Some people who are interested in mind-work will turn to psychedelic drugs to experiment with the power of the mind, but this is a much safer and I think more effective way of doing it – requiring no equipment or paraphenalia, just yourself and a little dedication to mastering some simple tricks to train your mind.
As you become a more adept and experience witch/wizard and Lucid Dreamer you will find that Lucid Dreaming is a highly effective tool in your magical arsenal. The imagination is the greatest tool we have – and an evolved and detailed Lucid Dream, in which you mentally enact every detail of your spell goals, is very potent indeed. It is one of the highest forms of spellwork in fact, and your spells will be devastatingly effective if you harness the power of lucid dreaming to back up your magical work.
On an even higher level, Lucid Dreams can be used to predict events in your own future and for various divination purposes. It can be used to communicate with other people and with higher energies. This is a whole subject in itself which we will cover in more detail at a later date though!
How To Induce Yourself (Prepare your Mind) To Have a Lucid Dream?
There are many techniques which are known to help prepare the mind and cause Lucid Dreaming. These are just several of the techniques which I personally have found to be most effective.
1) Become aware of your dreams.
Most of us go through life without giving them much thought. By becoming conciously aware of your dreams you implant upon your subconcious mind the idea that you are interested in what goes on in your head at night. It takes this information to heart and injects more meaning into them and makes them more memorable to you. Remember, you draw to you that which you concentrate upon...
2) Create the Intention in your subconsious mind to have a Lucid Dream.
This is very simple. Before you go to sleep at night, repeat quietly to yourself three times “I am going to have a wonderful lucid dream tonight, which I will clearly remember in the morning”. Or words to this effect…
For added impact, write these words down in your Dream Diary too, with a date next to the statement so that you create the expectation that you will be writing down the results in the morning. Train your mind. Let it know what you expect from it.
3) Wakeful Mindfulness.
Your dreams are a mirror of your waking mind. Most of us go about life unaware and unmindful of their living reality.
To jolt yourself into realising that you are dreaming and thus trigger a Lucid Dream, you need to train your waking mind to question its reality. To stop now and then and think “is this real? Am I dreaming?”
Link this question with a common physical event to train your mind to eventually just subconciously contemplate this question several times a day, without you even having to conciously ask.
Common physical events include – looking at your watch or phone or sitting down or going to the loo or visiting the grocery store or cokking dinner. Ie Every time you look at your watch or phone, mentally say “Is this real? Am I dreaming”?
4) Have a Dream Totem
The concept of this is similar to Wakeful Mindfulness. A Dream Totem is basically a tool to link a real world object to a thought or idea. Your totem can be anything, a Rose Quartz crystal you keep in your pocket, a ring.
It works thus – several times a day, hold your totem in your hand and at the same time say “am I dreaming?”. Do this enough and at some point in a dream you are going to bring out your totem and associate it with this idea. And of course because you ARE dreaming, you will immediately become aware of it!
Where can I Go From Here?
Be patient. These tactics will work for you. They worked for me almost immediately – but everyone is different and I have friends report that they had to keep at it for a couple of weeks before they saw any results, so patience can be key. The results are worth it!
It is useful to write a Dream Journal. This is a diary of your dreams where you can jot down interesting insights and observations about your night time adventures. Be as detailed as possible, concentrate on your feelings around the events in your dream and your reactions to them, as often the subconcious mind uses symbols and metaphors – it is not limited to concrete reality as we understand it conciously.
Prepare to be amazed! I have often found that small details in dreams take on greater meaning later, and become very useful tools upon a second or even third reading in the future. If you feel that one particular dream is meaningful and relates to an aspect of your life – return back to it periodically to see if it has began to make more sense with the benefit of foresight and experience.
The potential for using Lucid Dreams in your life really is limited only by your imagination – which is endlessly creative! Have fun, and discover your true feelings and potential!
