Hammer of Thor Spell
A spell for success in any endeavour
Purpose: To succeed in a particular endeavour- fast!
Thor was the Norse God of Thunder. He was the son of the King of the God’s, Odin, and his legendary weapon the Hammer of Thor was represented by the majesty of a thunder and lightning storm.
The Hammer of Thor spell is short, sharp, and to the point. The results may be surprising and may happen very fast; so prepare yourself for a tremendous supercharging jolt of success!
Why it works:
In this spell we make use of the Nordic Rune, Wunjo or Glory, which is traditionally used in magic to invoke success in any endeavour, reward, joy, and of course glory. It is a very powerful rune, well worth remembering for use in future spells.
Inventory:
· A flat disc of metal, wood, or a stone. Or alternatively something you can engrave upon which is linked in some way to the endeavour you want to be successful at.
· Something you can engrave with- a sharp piece of metal.
· A hammer or mallet.
· A green or black candle.
· Timing: This spell is most effective on a waxing moon, as you wish to draw success towards you. Begin this spell at the crack of dawn if possible.
Method:
1. Cast your circle.
2. Describe exactly what you would like to achieve on a small piece of paper. Be very specific.
3. Light your candle.
4. Say three times, forcefully: “By the power of the spirit of Thor I invoke success through the Rune of Glory.”
5. Carve the Rune of Glory (Wunjo- pictured above) upon your flat object and pass it through the flames, repeating the previous invocation for a further three times.
6. Set fire to your piece of paper in the candles flame.
7. Smash your Rune of Glory with your hammer or mallet- do it like you mean it! Shout “Rune of Glory I release you to do your work, by the power of Thor!”
